Updates, updates..Term 1 has finally ended for me here, and its time for a well-needed break. Its been raining quite often these week and more often than not we always turn up in our class all drenched. Even a raincoat can't make a difference.
Goodness, its been 3 months since i've tasted Malaysian food. And ooohh how much i miss the laksa, kolo mee, teh c peng and all those other heavenly dishes haha and my Malaysian friends and I often make it a habit of reminding ourselves of that every other school lunch time. Thats one of the good things about home i guess, cheap and good food.
Term 2 is gonna be a much busier time here for me too, with the badminton and soccer season starting soon, plus exams coming around the corner! Its been ages since i went sat for one..
Anzac day is next Friday and its basically a day to commemorate the soldiers from Australia and NZ who went to war 70 years ago. Had a service on Thursday to remember the soldiers that died who actually attended MAGS a long time ago.Kinda says alot about the school's history.
Been watching "So You Think You Can Dance? - Australia" for the past few weeks. Its down to the final 6 and its quite hard to pick a favourite but i can say Jack Chambers would definately be one of them. Here was his performance with Kate last night. A cool hip-hop routine:
In other neews...the Foo Fighters are performing on 5th & 6th of May here. Hoping very much to be able to go to that concert!
